At Altman Luggage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new travel gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original box with all hangtags, warranties, and accessories included to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
